Vizitind un magazin bio din Montreal, TAU am gasit aceste bonboane citind ingredientele am fost foarte fericita fiindca erau si Monti ce ma intristat a fost pretul, trei bonbonele 4,99$ can. durere mare in suflet, bune, scumpe si putine.<br />
Si uite asa am incercat sa caut informati, retete despre aceste bonbonele, intr-o zi de dimineata m-am decis sa imi cumpar ingrediente si sa pun reteta in aplicare.<br />
Nu am sa dau cantitatile, spre rusinea mea nu le-am cintarit, cit profesionalism domne, dorinta mea de a minca mai repede cred ca ma facut sa uit de cintar.<br />

In reteta mea am avut urmatoarele ingrediente:<br />

Ingredientele pot fi cele pe care voi le agreati, ideea este sa va placa voua.<br />

Intr-un robot culinar se pun nucile si se maruntesc, daca se pun toate o data in robot, merge mai greu mai ales cu pistachele.<br />
Trebuie sa iasa o pasta asemanatoare cu salamul de biscuiti, luati cu lingura din compozitie, se pune in podul palmei si se ruleaza, apoi vor fi date prin nuca de cocos, sau nuca.<br />

La aceste bonboane asta este farmecul ca se pot face combinati dupa gust, foarte bine in loc de caise se pot pune curmale, doar ca mi nu imi place combinatia asta.<br />

seminte de susan, seminte de floarea soarelui, cacao, stafide, suc de lamaie, lecitina de soia ( nu este obligatoriu )<br />

Macaron cacao coconut<br />
nuca de brazilia, pasta de curmale, fulgi nuca de cocos, sirop d'agave sau nectar, cacao in pudra, vanilie, sare de mare.<br />

ZouZou abricot et baies de goji<br />
nuca de cocos proaspata data pe razatoare, stafide, bucati de caise uscate, seminte de chia negre, baie de goji, cardamon macinat, esenta de migdale, esenta de portocale.<br />

Zouzou coco-noisettes<br />
pasta de curmale, pudra de seminte din floarea soarrelui, nuca braziliana, alune, pudra de alune, cacao, maca (nu stiu ce este), nectar sau sirop de agave, mesquite (habar nu am, dar ne informam) caroube ( inlocuieste foarte bine cacao este folosita in deserturile copiilor) cayen, cardamon macinat, anis macinat. Pe asta il cumparam<br />
Am gasit si cu ceai matcha dar nu mi-au placut.<br />

Dupa ce o sa va rasfatati cu o portie de bonboane raw nu va mai trebuie nici un fel de ciocolata, bonboane sau mai stiu eu ce dulce.<br />
Sint satioase, te satura de dulce, nu veti regreta.<br />

Cred ca am dat lovitura cu aceasta reteta, este ceva fara cuvinte, tot ce se poate spune ar fi ....mmmmmmmmmmmmm......mmmmmmmmm......mmmmmmmmmm dar ce este mai trist ca se termina cit ai spune mmmmmmmmmmmm .... ce ne facem reteta este pacatoasa rau si Montignac.<br />

Avem nevoie de o oala si un bol ca sa lucram pe bain-marin, in bol punem galbenusele si fructoza, la inceput va fi groasa dar la un moment dat va deveni mai lichida si cremoasa imediat se pun cele 3 patratele de ciocolata, esenta de rom, se amesteca energic pina ciocolata se topeste si se ingroasa, atentie nu trebuie sa devina foarte groasa, trebuie sa fie groasa precum un bulion de rosii.<br />
Aceasta compozitie se lasa la racit, cind sa racit crema se bate frisca, apoi se amesteca cele doua, compozitia se pune in frigider.<br />

Se pregatesc chiftelele, nu se prajesc se vor fierbe, dupa ce au fiert le punem intr-un bol.<br />
Ceapa se toaca, dovlecei se curata si se dau pe razatoarea mare, apoi ii punem peste ceapa, punem un pic de apa dar nu foarte mult cind sa inmuiat dovlecelul punem sosul de rosii, eu am avut un sos gata pregatit pentru spaghete(rosii, busuioc, sare, piper) am lasat sa mai fiarba un pic, apoi am pus chiftelutele si am mai lasat un pic pe foc.<br />

Se poate pune tot felul de fructe uscate, eu am pus felii de migdale pe deasupra.<br />

Toate se amesteca, se toarna compozitia intr-o tava de tort tapetata cu hartie de copt.<br />
Cuptorul se preincalzeste la 185C<br />
Tava se lasa la cuptor 25-30 minute daca nu este gata o mai lasati, eu am lasat-o pina am vazut ca deasupra avea o culoare frumoasa aurie.<br />
